Replacement die sets are separate catalog items. For common NPT sizes, RIDGID lists alloy sets 37825 through 37850 and high-speed sets 37870 through 37895. Milwaukee explicitly documents its full-size 2874 threader as compatible with RIDGID 12-R heads. DEWALT likewise states that DCE700 die heads are compatible with the RIDGID 700 Power Drive 12-R-style interface. These statements are useful, but the source manufacturer matters: a cross-brand fit should be attributed to the manufacturer that publishes the compatibility claim.
